How to delete your account

You can delete your Hather account directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Sign in to the Hather app.
2. Open the Account section.
3. Open Privacy & Security.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Complete the required verification and confirm the deletion.

Account deletion conditions

• You must not have an active order when requesting account deletion.
• If the account belongs to a captain, any active orders must be completed first.
• Identity verification may be required before the deletion is completed.
• Account deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored afterward.

Data that will be deleted

• Account and profile information associated with the user.
• Saved addresses and personal information linked to the account.
• Device and notification tokens linked to the account.
• Other personal information that is no longer required to be retained.

Data that may be retained

Some historical order records may be retained after personal identifiers have been removed or anonymized, where necessary for operational, administrative, accounting, or security purposes.

If you cannot access your account

If you are unable to sign in to the Hather app, you may contact Hather support for assistance with account deletion. Ownership of the account will be verified before any deletion request is processed.
